Summary: Be picked up from the hotel by a guide. First head to Badaling Great Wall. Visit the Great Wall at Badaling, which climbs across superb mountain scenery, 70 km (43 miles) northwest of Beijing. After lunch walk the Sacred Way, an attractive tree-lined walk leading to the Ming Tombs. It has 12 pairs of life-size animal and human statues, one each side of the Way. Then visit Ding mausoleum, which is the tomb for the mausoleum of Emperor Zhu Yijun, the thirteenth emperor of the Ming Dynasty . Be transferred to the hotel in central Beijing.
